Gardenia Bay is a luxury residential complex in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, from the developer Aldar Properties. The residential complex is being built on the artificial Yas Island, next to the Al Raha Canal, a 35-minute walk from the famous Ferrari World amusement park.

Location

The Gardenia Bay residential complex runs along the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road, which is convenient for getting to other points of the city. By car, the journey to the Sheikh Zayed White Mosque with the largest carpet in the world (400 m², 2.5 billion knots) and a 12-ton chandelier with Swarovski crystals, listed in the Guinness Book of Records, will take 17 minutes. The Louvre Abu Dhabi Art Museum, featuring a collection of art from around the world, is a 20-minute drive away. The emirate's international airport is a 13-minute drive away.

Infrastructure

The Gardenia Bay residential complex will have a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, children's playground, and barbecue area.
