Aykon City Damac

Aykon City is a premium residential complex consisting of two sub-communities Aykon City East and Aykon City West. Located on Dubai's central highway Sheikh Zayed Road in Business Bay. The project was developed by the architectural holding ACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants, and its implementation was carried out by DAMAC Properties.

The towers are connected by the Aykon Plaza platform, which overlooks the Aykon Dare tourist attraction. On the territory of Aykon City East there is a large swimming pool, an elite SPA salon, a beach club, cafes, restaurants, open areas for yoga and Tai chi.

The AYKON City complex is located in the center of Dubai next to Sheikh Zayed Road, on the banks of the Dubai Canal. The complex is adjacent to Downtown Dubai, where the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are located. Bus stops and Business Bay metro station are 3 kilometers away. There is a ferry pier 5 kilometers from the house.

Dubai International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Near the AYKON City complex there are parks, schools, entertainment, shopping and business centers, cafes and restaurants. For example, the distance from home to Safa Park, Dubai Bowling Center is less than a kilometer. Within two kilometers there is Bay Avenue Mall & Park, Roxy Box Park Cinema and the city entertainment avenue Box Park.\n\nThe complex has its own entertainment center AYKON Plaza. Also on site there are terraced gardens, a SPA center, a swimming pool, a children's playground and a fitness center.

The public beach - Jumeirah Beach - is located four kilometers from the house. On its territory there are playgrounds and barbecue areas.
